Are you looking for the ultimate Abdominal workout? Core and more will take your ab workout to the next level. This class is not just about crunches but so much more. You will be challenged with an awesome core workout that will make your back and abdominals stronger than ever!
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is for those new to Yoga or those interested in gentle practice. Gentle Yoga incorporates simple flowing sequences, as well as slower paced movements with a focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Experience is not required to participate.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga.
